<Room Description>
Our B&B offers a total of two rooms, and we accommodate only one group of travelers per night. We host a minimum of one guest and a maximum of seven guests. The total room rate depends on the number of guests staying on the booking day, and we will select the most suitable room accordingly.
Travelers staying for a short visit will start their mornings with a gentle introduction to the Blue Zone diet. Our breakfast blends natural fermentation and locally sourced ingredients, featuring 米媽’s sourdough bread—nurtured for over a decade—along with probiotic-rich tempeh, salt-koji preserved foods, and fresh eggs from our free-range chickens and ducks. Complemented by seasonal vegetables from nearby eco-friendly farmers, this wholesome meal allows the body to embrace the new day in its purest and lightest form.
To uphold environmental protection and sustainable practices, we invite our guests to bring their own towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes to help reduce single-use waste. We provide hair dryers and toiletries from the Taiwanese skincare brand Cha Tzu Tang, known for its natural, plant-based formulas that gently nourish the skin and hair. These products are thoughtfully dispensed in reusable bottles designed by MIRAMONTI-papa, minimizing plastic consumption and promoting an eco-friendly approach to both living and traveling.
We offer professional in-home therapeutic massage and realignment services, provided by a highly skilled and experienced male therapist. This treatment helps release travel fatigue and instantly relax both body and mind. More than just a stress-relief experience, it’s an opportunity to gain deeper insight into your body’s condition, recognize its signals, and discover the best ways to restore balance. Let this session enhance your journey, making it even more comfortable and rejuvenating.

From November to Chinese New Year, MIRAMONTI enters its warm winter tradition. During this time, an entire Iberian ham is hung in the house as a gesture of gratitude for the safe and prosperous year. MIRAMONTI-mama also personally bakes Italian golden bread (Pandoro) and Christmas bread (Panettone), using the magic of time and fermentation to fill the winter air with fragrance and blessings. This is not just the taste of the season, but a reflection of MIRAMONTI House’s commitment to and sharing of a beautiful life.
We create a new home for different groups of people, not just a vacation spot, but an extension of daily life. Without the burden of purchasing and maintaining an expensive vacation villa, nature becomes a part of daily life. ” MIRAMONTI ” means “a place with a view of the mountains” in Italian. Located in a ranch in the Huatung Valley, we maintain a private living environment for both residents and travelers. We accommodate only one group of travelers per night. Here, you can “work online and vacation offline” at any time. Our B&B offers more than just rooms; it offers a lifestyle, living together with the hosts in Hualien, Taiwan.
